Daly starts with the infamously sad tale of Brandon Lee on the deadly set of The Crow.

Els tells you all the freaky things that happened during the filming of The Omen.

And Sarah recalls the story of British heartthrob Paul Nicholls (Eastenders fame) and his interesting trip to Thailand.

Els tells us about the sad, untimely deaths of Oscar Wilde's half sisters. Sarah recounts the tale of the first man who was killed by a baseball (thank god for helmets these days) and Clare talks us through the, quite frankly, fascinating story of Bushman's Cave.

Episode 12 is ready for your earlobes. It's a long one!

 

Sarah starts us off with a freaky story about the Bermuda Triangle. Daly takes us back to our childhood with a story from '999, What's Your Emergency?' (remember that?!) And Els finishes with a story about a mans quest for eternal life through lots and lots of bloody transfusions (spoiler - it doesn't end well.

Els and Sarah are flying duo this week whilst Clare's been on her holidays. Not to worry though, as they are joined by a REAL LIFE near miss. Exciting stuff.

 

Els recounts the tale of an Austrian Mayor whose beard turned out to be his downfall, and Sarah tells the sad tale of the Bethnal Green tube station incident. Clare is replaced by a mystery guest who talks about his experience of a near death encounter.

Clare delves into the mysterious death of Zigmund Adamski, Els tells the (non-murder bits of) the story of Mike "the Durable" Malloy, and Sarah covers the tragic death of Jennifer Strange, and how badly radio competitons can go wrong.

This week, when we're not talking about the World Cup, we're telling you stories about catching bullets in your mouth (for fun), the unexplained death of Edgar Allan Poe and the sad story of Gloria Ramirez.

We finish the episode (as always) by sharing our Girl Crush of the week - a female that has inspired us for whatever reason.

We've only got two stories for you this week as Sarah and Els came with the same story. It was bound to happen at some stage. Sarah tells the story of the mysterious Antartic poisoning and Clare follows in a similar vein, recounting Richard Eschelman's dicey experience with poisonous mushrooms. Els listens intently to both.

We have a real mix of stories this week with Clare covering Angela Watson's bath-based near miss, Els tells us the fascinating story of the laughing death disease (WARNING: you might not want to listen to that one while you're eating), and Sarah explains how well-meaning health and safety improvements went so very badly wrong in The Eastland disaster.

Els tells us some stories about SHC (you'll have to listen to the episode to find out what the accronym means). Sarah goes on and on about climate change and the permafrost. And Daly shares the story of the flying Wallendas.

Big 19! This week Sarah talks to us about the weird craze of planking, and the dangers that accompany it. Clare explores the darker side of Disney World (much to Sarah's horror), and Els tells the tale of Steve Fossett's attempt to circumnavigate the world in a hot air balloon. Exhilarating stuff.
